Last night I had the amazing opportunity to sing the National Anthem for the Round Rock Express. The Round Rock Express is the AAA Baseball Club that feeds into the Texas Rangers.

It was exhilarating to be on the field with all the players and the Knights of Columbus who were presenting the flag that evening.

Everything went as planned and the only surprise was a few fireworks being shot off right when I sang, “and the rocket’s red glare…” I didn’t know that was coming.

It was a real honor to sing the Star Spangled Banner and I hope to do it again next year for the Express and for a MLB team in the near future.
